The Story
I was raised in the Catholic Church. So Christ has always been a part of my life.
However, that decision was made by my parents. In recent years I started questioning my faith and relationship with Christ. A friend of mine invited me to her church’s woman's event, called Breathe. It was at that retreat that I realized I needed more from church and my faith. And the only way I was going to get that was to find a new church. I attended a Whitewater service once and knew I had found my new home. I feel as if all the years before Whitewater I was just dipping my toes in the water and now I am ready to dive in head first for Christ.

The Whitewater Difference
Here at Whitewater, our primary mission is to help people find hope in Jesus and a home in His local church so we measure the success of a quarter or the year by how we provide hope to the hopeless, help people, and see lives find their forever home in Him. Below are just a few examples:
Solve 7: This is much more than something we do for one day during the year and 10% of all contributions given through Ripple help support our Solve 7 initiatives which include the Life Center, Go Trips, Global Partners like Jon & his family (Middle East), Laminda & Denise (Sri Lanka), Lucma Adolphe (Haiti), and Josh & Victoria Baah-Binney (Ghana).
For Our Schools: The Backpack Club continues to fill 555 backpacks every week at Miamitown Elementary, Three Rivers, and Bridgetown Middle School.
Toy Store: Over 100 families (about 300 kids) were able to shop for toys and games for Christmas. This is one of our favorite annual events because we’re able to help under-resourced children and families thanks to your giving of time, hundreds of presents, and your financial resources!
These stories would never have occurred if it weren’t for your consistent giving and generosity. Keep it up in 2020 - You are making a huge difference!
We saw and heard hundreds of stories of life change over the course of 2019.
If applicable, your 2019 giving statement will be mailed by January 31st. If you're interested in accessing your statement during the year, visit whitewatercrossing.org/GIVE. You'll be prompted to sign in (top left of the screen under "Giving History"). You'll also have the ability to view household giving by year or a selected date range. Statements can be printed for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
