COVID Vaccine Clinic 5/5/21

This is a Hamilton Co. Public Health Vaccination Clinic to be held at Whitewater Crossing.

Appointments are required - no walk-ins accepted.

How to register for an appointment:

1. Schedule yourself by downloading the app ArmorVax. Set up an account and select a time.
2. Call 513-999-2312 Monday or Tuesday from 9am to 5pm.
3. Dial 211 from any phone for United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
4. Come to the Life Center (513-738-7500) Tuesday or Thursday, 5:30 to 7pm or Saturday, 9am to noon to register in person.

Second dose appointment is May 26 and time will be scheduled during the first appointment.

You must be able to come back for the second dose on May 26.
