Donating blood is one way to show God's love to those in need, especially during this time when blood stocks have dropped significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Important info regarding blood donations:

• Essential for trauma patients and people undergoing surgeries, transplants, chronic illnesses, blood disorders and cancer
• Statistics show that 25 percent or more of us will require blood at least once in our lifetime
• Someone needs blood every two seconds in our country
• One pint of your blood can save up to three lives

In a practical, as well as spiritual sense, there is no substitute for blood. Jesus donated His own blood for each of us. Because over 90% of people who are eligible to donate do not, there's always a need for donors to give blood to save lives.
