Deaconess Mobile Health Care Van

The Health Care Van will be at Whitewater on Thursday, July 25 from 5-7pm.  The Van is hosted by the Whitewater Life Center and sponsored by the Deaconess Foundation.

Free services for those with or without insurance. Included: physicals, well-care family medicine, preventive screenings (diabetes, vision, blood pressure, etc), acute illness and injury, ultrasounds (no x-rays), lab draws.

Van will be at the Whitewater Crossing campus, 5771 St Rt 128, Cleves.
