Operation Christmas Child

It's that time of year again - time to start shopping for and collecting simple joys and wonders for children all over the world (over 100 countries)! Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts are used by church partners worldwide to bring great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children in need by demonstrating God's tangible love.

We believe that touching the heart of a child across the world might reach the heart of the parent, the heart of the family, and even touch the community with the kind touch of Jesus.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Pick up an empty shoebox on Sundays (from 10/22-11/12) at the Operation Christmas Child table beside the Info Desk (suggested donation for cost of boxes is just $1 each.)

2. The label will indicate if your shoebox is for a boy or girl - and which age category.

3. Fill the box with gifts! Select a medium to large "wow" item (such as a soccer ball with a pump or stuffed animal), then fill it up with other fun toys, hygiene items, and school supplies.

4. Top it off with a personal note and photo - sometimes, these are the child's favorite things to recieve!

5. Drop off the filled shoebox at Entrance 2 (our office entrance) during National Collection Week (Nov 13-19).
