Building relationships with caring people and provoking the discovery of God through loud worship, crazy activities and Bible teaching is how we connect Harbortown KIDS to God, to adults and with other kids each weekend. Before they leave elementary school, we want kids to see how God’s word fits into their life stories, to learn and practice talking with God, and to build lasting friendships.
Kids in grades K-3 begin the first half of their hour in grade-level small groups where leaders are intentional and passionate to introduce the Bottom Line, core truth, we want kids to take away that day. The second half of the hour is a large-group experience of loud and active praise and worship, Bible storytelling, and activities that help make the Bible come alive.
Parents and kids are encouraged to continue the learning at home through daily quite times. The family is where we believe the heart of God is communicated the most effectively.
