Administration: General Admin Lead

  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Managing door traffic and communicating vendor and delivery updates with staff.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean reception area, mail/package/paper room and kitchen space.
  • Managing, collecting and distributing mail for Church and Staff.
  • Assist in various projects requested by the Office Manager or Volunteer Receptionist Coordinator.
  • Some data entry as requested.
