Perform a variety of tasks depending on project deadlines in the Whitewater Crossing Christian Church office.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
- Managing door traffic and communicating vendor and delivery updates with staff.
- Maintaining an organized and clean reception area, mail/package/paper room and kitchen space.
- Managing, collecting and distributing mail for Church and Staff.
- Assist in various projects requested by the Office Manager or Volunteer Receptionist Coordinator.
- Some data entry as requested.
