UNDERGROUND STAGE

Jan 2019: Tony Morgan/Unstuck Group does onsite Multi-site assessment, discussion, and presentation with Staff. (Completed on 1.15-16.19)

Aug - Dec 2019: Location and Demographic Work
Recruit and Charter a broad-based Multisite Advance Team. (We have an Ohio Team and an Indiana Team with both teams meeting for the first time on 8.18.19) Amy Knochel is serving as liaison/advisor.

Validate demographic research and identifying specific areas/locations for a new site based on certain criteria to position a Whitewater location for its highest and best kingdom impact.

Aug 25, 2019: DV bring overall Multi-site plan and drivers to Elders for information and active support.

Sept - Dec 2019: Build out/budget the financial plan for the 1st site. (ongoing with Finance Team.)

COMMUNICATION STAGE

Oct 2019: Share drivers and timeline with all staff.
Nov 2019: Share drivers and timeline with next level leaders and volunteers
Dec 2019: Share drivers and timeline with inside track.
Jan 2020: Share drivers and timeline with congregation on weekend

PREPARING STAGE

Jan - Feb 2020: 18 months out - Continue to cast vision to church, complete ‘Decision Rights’ for entire process, and start to build out the appropriate staff for a launch - campus pastor, etc.)

GATHERING STAGE

March - Aug 2020: 12 months out - list TBD

BUILDING STAGE

Sept 2019 - Feb 2021: 6 months out - list TBD

LAUNCHING STAGE

March - June 2021: 2 months out
August 2021: Anticipated Official Launch Date of 1st campus
