Family Fest FAQ

(back to main Family Fest page)

Why Family Fest?

It’s simply a step that allows you to be #ForMyStreet and invite a family to a day of fun so down the road you have an opportunity for a spiritual conversation or an invitation to a weekend at Whitewater. It’s about a relationship - not an event.

When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold online or at Information only until August 4 at 12pm. Buy tickets without food at the gate for $15. (cash only)

Can we still come if we don’t bring another family with us?
We only want Whitewater families to come if they have invested relational time with another family to come with them. If they can’t come with you that day, we won’t turn you away! You could also volunteer!

Can we bring more than one family?
We would rather you spend more time with one family while at Family Fest rather than splitting your time between multiple groups. It’s about a relationship - not about the numbers.

What’s happening at Family Fest?
There will be lunch, entertainment, and as many rides as your kids can ride without getting sick - all included in your price!

How does lunch work?
When you arrive at Stricker's Grove, you will get a food ticket for fried chicken, corn on the cob, watermelon, biscuits and a drink.

Where is Stricker’s Grove?
11490 Hamilton-Cleves Rd. Hamilton, OH 45013. Details about the park at strickersgrove.com.

Can I hand out a bunch of tickets to everyone at work?
When you purchase your tickets on the weekend at Whitewater, we will ask who you plan to invite and give you that specific number of tickets. So, no ;)

What if I purchase tickets, but can’t go?
Simply drop them back off at the Info Desk and let us know you are not able to make it or give them to another Whitewater family. Sorry, no refunds.

Does Whitewater provide transportation to Stricker’s Grove from the main campus?
No, sorry.
