GOOD FRIDAY
APRIL 3 | 6:30PM

FAQs

Good Friday is the day we remember the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. It marks the culmination of His sacrificial love, as He gave His life for our sins. It is a solemn day of mourning and reflection for Christians, preparing our hearts for the joy of Easter.

This service will include prayer, silent reflection, worship, scripture reading, and communion. Everything we do together will point to Jesus' journey to the cross on his last day, helping us remember and feel the weight and impact of that moment in history.

Whitewater Kids will not be open, but families and children of all ages are welcome. We ask that parents consider the weighted content of this particular service as we intentionally focus on the reality and detail of Jesus's crucifixion on the cross. If your child is of an age that may be sensitive to this, that's okay! Join us on Easter Sunday (Whitewater Kids will be fully open)!

FEBRUARY 27-APRIL 4

As a church, we want to practice cultivating awareness and attentiveness to God in our daily lives. That is what practicing presence is all about.

Here's the invite: Stop & rest. Stop & enjoy. Stop & contemplate.

For you, that challenge might be a One-Minute Habit, a Hard Stop (1 Hour), or a Full Stop (Sabbath Day).

Check out this guide below to for more on practicing presence.
